A schedule and care plan tailored to your requirements will also be developed. Following the consultation, the case manager will assign the ideal worker to match your unique needs. If you choose, you can arrange to meet the caregiver in advance.
As long as you are happy, we will continue to serve you. There is no requirement to sign a long-term contract in order to use our services.
